Mammallama is our Sweet Items llama. Pappallama is our Mats and Plans llama.
Items to be disbursed from Mammallama will be given out according to a determination of need by the Don, Consigliere, and Contabile. If you need an item, please post a note on the forums.
Mats will be distributed from Pappallama in exchange for tips or other mats as you see fit. We need the money to open up new slots in the bank, so that's the only reason we ask. A minimum of 1 or 2 stacks (depending on the relative demand of each item) will be kept in the llama at all times. If we hit the minimum, I stop giving that item out. If there's more demand than supply, preference will be given to good contributors (i.e. if you tip a copper every time you get mats, you're getting a beatdown).
These are tentative rules for now. Please post below for requests as to what mats you would like us to hoard.

These are my initial ideas for quotas:
Metals: Copper bars: none Tin bars: 1-3 stacks Iron: 2-5 stacks Mithril: 2-10 stacks Thorium: 2-5 stacks Silver: 1-2 stacks Gold: 1-2 stacks Truesilver: 1-3 stacks
Gems and Pearls: These don't really work in stacks, so minimums of 1 of each will apply. I think a full stack of each will be the max.
Cloth: (to be used for tailoring only, and not rep grinding) Linen: none Wool: 1-3 stacks Silk: 2-5 stacks Mageweave: 2-5 stacks Runecloth: 2-5 stacks Felcloth: 1-3 stacks
Leather: Light leather: 1-2 stacks Medium leather: 1-2 stacks Heavy leather: 1-3 stacks Thick leather: 1-3 stacks Rugged leather: 1-5 stacks
Shards, dusts, and essences: This is up to you. I would say that we probably don't want to start keeping shards unless we start running guild raids every night. Which, incidentally, would imply that everyone hit 60 real quick.
Flowers: I know nothing about herbalism.
Meat: I'm waiting for your thoughts on this. Though it might be nice to keep some tender wolf meat, etc. on hand for those who want to level their cooking.
Stones: Probably don't need to keep any of these, but let me know if you want to.

As far as Meat goes (this includes ALL types of meat), it can be used for a hunter's pet depending on its' preference of food type.
I don't see this really being something I would depend on if I were a hunter (and I have been)...especially if the mule owner is not available.
