After an officer's vote, Cynicism and Legion of Vengeance have merged to form Absynthe. It took us 2 (I JUST SAID A BAD WORD!)ing hours and countless "That's a sweet name but some douchebag already has it" moments to come up with that.
So, as soon as you can, do a /who Absynthe and find someone who can invite you after you gquit Cynicism.

Should I bother trying to get Ultismite into the guild? It's taking me 4-ever to level him up, I just don't have the time. Only lv 33 atm.

Funny you should mention that. Being the class leader was actually pretty easy. Just assign who's doing what buff on the raid, recommend whether initiate Paladins have what it takes to contribute, and tally up the cost of reagents, and potions used by Paldins in the raid to distribute compensation from the guild bank.
Now the healing duty assigner, a Druid, has been standing out on raids to allow newcomers a chance to gear up (since he has everything already). Well nobody was really stepping up to plate, so I started naming healers for the tanks and raid, during boss encounters. Now I'm the secondary healing-assignment guy...
I don't know wtf I'm doing, w00t.
